Our team blends professional expertise with lived experience. Led by Founder and CEO Yvonne MacNamara, we are a dedicated group of Romani (Gypsy), Roma and Irish, Scottish and Welsh Traveller community professionals and allies working across the UK to end discrimination, shape national policy and deliver frontline advocacy that leads to systemic change.

The engine room, that keeps the charity compliant, transparent and running smoothly.
Providing leadership and managing governance, finance, HR and systems so our frontline teams can focus on what matters: delivering for Romani (Gypsy), Roma and Irish, Scottish and Welsh Traveller communities.
Policy, Research and Public Affairs
Turning lived experience into law. Our team conducts research, responds to government consultations and engages Parliament to shape legislation on hate crime, education, health and justice, ensuring that the communities voice influences policy at the highest level.
Partnerships and Advocacy Team
Embedding Romani (Gypsy), Roma and Irish, Scottish and Welsh Traveller equality through strategic collaborations with public, private and the third sectors, delivering frontline advocacy, casework, training programmes and leading Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month celebrations.
