At The Traveller Movement, our strength lies in our people. Our team is a dedicated blend of professionals from Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller backgrounds and settled allies, all working together to dismantle systemic inequality.

We pride ourselves on a “bottom-up” approach; many of our staff members have lived experience of the issues we tackle, ensuring our advocacy is grounded in reality, empathy, and authenticity.
